Design & Manufacture

Red Rooster design and manufacture pneumatic control and mains air supply systems for all types of hoists and cranes, including:

Hoist, cross and long travel crane systems.
Multi-hoist systems with interlocks.
Multi-hoist systems with speed and load control.
Multi-station operation.
Pneumatic pilot operated or electrical solenoid operated systems.

Direct Pendant DPS Proportional, trigger operated. Internally exhausting. Steel or alloy (DPS, DPA). High flow (45 l/sec @ 6 Bar). Suitable for all Red Rooster hoists and trolleys. Optional emergency stop (push to stop, twist to reset).
Bronze Pendant PP/Bronze Proportional, push button operated. Bronze body with PVC handle. Suitable for contaminated environments. Optional emergency stop (push to stop, twist to reset).
Polycarbonate Push Button TP Available with either poppet type valves or pressure regulated valves (proportional). High impact polycarbonate enclosure. Integral emergency stop (push to stop, twist to reset.) 2,4,6, or 8 station. Lightweight and compact. Ideal for overhead crane control.
Compact Push Button P2000 Available with either poppet type valves or pressure regulated valves (proportional). High impact polyamide enclosure. Integral emergency stop (push to stop, twist to reset). Two or four station. Lightweight and compact.
Control Boxes S CB Available with either poppet type valves or pressure regulated valves (proportional). Wall mounted. Powder coated steel, stainless steel or polycarbonate enclosure. Integral emergency stop (push to stop, twist to reset). 2,4,6, or 8 station. Ideal for controlling hoist(s) or crane(s) from a fixed position.
Additional Facilities
Air Service Equipment Suitable filters, lubricators, regulators and pressure gauges are matched to the Red Rooster hoist and trolley range. C track festoon systems, Taut wire systems and hose recoil drums designed to suit your installation. Pneumatic load limiter - two types are manufactured.
Differential Pressure Load Limiter • LLD Measures the pressure drop across the air motor ports. Cuts the pilot line pressure (hoist side) when pre-set differential pressure is exceeded. Suitable for fitting to any hoist or winch pneumatic motor of any manufacture.
