Thanks to our 'in house' design and manufacturing capability (BS/EN/ISO 9001) Red Rooster are able to design and manufacture to order, all types of load measuring pins and plates etc., tailored for a specific application. Materials include stainless and nickel steel, high tensile steels and Duralloy.

This facilitates not only the incorporation of load measuring devices into new equipment/machine designs, but also the replacement of existing pins or plates with strain gauge devices. Achievable accuracies are governed by the size, application and complexity of the equipment/machine being modified with a strain gauge device, but may be predicted by our design office. Red Rooster have vast experience in the design of load cells for specific applications e.g. torque turn machine monitoring, overhead crane load monitoring, casing tong monitoring and winch load monitoring.

Red Rooster are able to manufacture a range of Load Pins suitable for various applications which may be used in conjunction with the SWLPC or display monitors.
