PALLET WEIGHT SCALE LCB A simple, convenient and accurate method of weighing by compression, palleted loads up to 5000 kgs, in conjunction with a pallet truck, forklift truck, crane or hoist. The Weigh Scale comprises two off portable weigh beams (length 1200mm, width 120mm, height 55mm) manufactured of mild steel with powder coat finish, mounted on rubber feet (facilitate use of beams on uneven surfaces). The beams are connected by a 4 metre cable to a 4 digit (1kg increments) liquid crystal display unit having an accuracy of 0.1% of rated load. When not in use, the beams may be stored away from the work area, unlike platform scales, which take up valuable floor space.

FORK LIFT LOAD INDICATOR TR1000

Uses the same hydrostatic Bourdon tube technology as in the craneweigher. The tube is pressurised by a tapping off the hydraulic lift ram and displays the load on the 160mm diameter analogue display. Current health and safety legislation requires forktruck operators to be aware of the load being handled. The Type TR1000 is a low cost, simply installed (no specialist tools or truck modifications are required), low maintenance method of achieving this objective. The TR1000 is supplied exclusively as a method of load indication. Its accuracy (nominally better than 1% of fork truck capacity) is affected by the position and distribution of the load on the forks, the inclination of the truck or it's mast and the degree of wear in the lift ram seals. As such it must not be specified for precision weighing applications.
