Our standard display for use with our remote indicating range of load cells with new state of the art motherboard electronics which extend the function range considerably without the need for additional electronics. At the same time giving an extremely high degree of reliability and accuracy, and a wide variety of optional add on functions. Supplied as standard with our SWLD, SWLS and SWLZ range. OPTIONS May be calibrated in any engineering unit (i.e. Tonne, Ton, Kg, Lbs etc).

COMMON FEATURES

ENCLOSURE
Extremely strong high impact polyamide PA6.

Hand grip with anti-drop guard for single-handed operation.

High visibility yellow finish (RAL1021).

'Easy fit' wall bracket.

PROTECTION
IP65 to DIN 40050 (withstands jetted water).

CABLE
Integral 10m cable (longer on request), heavy-duty cable, glanded through handle.

Protective sleeve at entry.

PLUG
Heavy duty, nylon reinforced plug with robust terminals and positive locking ring.

SELF DIAGNOSTIC
Carries out diagnostic checks at power up and indicates faults by
display error codes on display.

SWLPC(J) FEATURES

DISPLAY
18mm 6 digit LCD display with back light.

CONTROLS
Custom 5 button keypad giving added easy operator access to menu and functions.
Standard functions: Pre-set tare, weight cancel, peak hold, zero.
Keypad also allows restricted access for calibration and programming.

BATTERY
Rechargeable 7.2v 6 cell metal hydride charged via the connection cable. Unit switches off when battery is low. Battery voltage indication (press ‘Power’ when unit is on).

CHARGER
110 - 230 volt charger with cable and UK, US or EU plug adapter.
Battery life 26 hours continuous use.

CIRCUITRY
State of the art motherboard gives very high specification and accuracy. Accepts all strain gauge inputs.

Can drive up to 8 (300Ohms) load cells.

High internal resolution (up to 64,000 Divisions).

OPTIONS
4-20 mA output, Serial RS232 printer output, 0-5 or 0-10 volt output, date and time function.

Alternative enclosures for wall, panel or desk mounting.
